Established in 1997 by director George Savvas, Concept Designs is a passionate collective dedicated to creating innovative, meaningful building design. Starting as a humble architectural drafting office, Concept Designs has confidently and consistently over the years become an award-winning design company. Our strategy of providing concept to completion has enabled us to build relationships with our clients that have ensured our growth and capabilities.

Concept Designs is a multidisciplinary building design firm based in Darwin, Northern Territory, and is known for high-quality building design and documentation that is both innovative and practical. With a knowledgeable and supportive team collectively Concept Designs have extensive experience across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, and multi residential.

With a highly skilled and flexible team, we look after the new home designer, developer, renovator and anyone in between. At Concept Designs, we understand that the design and build process can be a very stressful and confusing process. This is why we offer to handle planning requirements, permits and so on, whilst liaising with all required consultants to ensure a smooth process for all.
